Joseph C. Perzan, Esquire

Mr. Perzan earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Temple University. He is admitted to practice in the courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. He has gained admission to the Untied States District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and District of New Jersey. Mr. Perzan had been certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a mediator in both County and Circuit Courts.

During his legal career, Mr. Perzan has represented parties involved in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability claims, insurance coverage issues, employment litigation, contract disputes, real estate litigation, and other matters. Mr. Perzan has been retained by insurance carriers, self insured clients and third party administrators.

Prior to obtain his law degree, Mr.Perzan spent more than twenty years in the insurance industry, starting as a claims representative for State Farm Mutual Automobile Co. and concluding as Vice President of Claims for a third party administrator. During his career, Mr. Perzan was responsible for a large variety of claims involving automobile accidents, premises liability, product liability, environmental claims, homeowners, workers compensation, and other areas.
