W. Kelly McWilliams, Esquire

Mr. McWilliams, a former partner at the law firm of White and
Williams based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, graduated cum laude
from Boston College in 1984 and the Villanova University School of
Law in 1987. Prior to graduation, Mr. McWilliams served as Managing
Editor for Student Work for the Villanova Law Review and was a
member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. McWilliams is a Fellow in the
Academy of Advocacy. He has received an individual rating of “AV”
from the national law firm directory, Martindale-Hubbell.
Since the formation of Gibley and McWilliams, P.C., Mr. McWilliams has tried some of the Firm’s most complicated and high profile matters. His experience includes insurance fraud, products liability, medical malpractice, negligent security, premises liability and automobile liability. Mr. McWilliams currently serves as a Judge Pro Tem in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas and has lectured at various continuing legal education seminars on the topics of personal injury trial preparation and defense of damage claims through expert testimony.
