Fred August Nehr, Esquire, joins Gibley and McWilliams, PC:
His addition expands the Firm's practice in commercial law and Orphan’s Court litigation

Mr. Nehr is an experienced attorney in the areas of wills, trusts and estates and small business matters. Prior to joining Gibley and McWilliams, Mr. Nehr litigated matters in Orphans’ Court and handled Commercial and Estate matters at his own firm in West Chester, Pennsylvania. A graduate of Widener University School of Law, Nehr is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He frequently serves as an Arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County. During law school, he clerked for the Honorable Jacqueline Carroll Cody in the Chester County Court of Common Pleas.

Gibley and McWilliams' Construction Practice Manuals Available

Our 2008 Construction Practice Manuals are now available. We want to thank all of our clients who participated in Gibley and McWilliams' Annual Construction Litigation Seminar. Many traveled some distance to join us, while others participated by videoconference. This exchange of ideas between our clients and our staff strengthens our ablity to respond to our clients' needs throughout the year.
