Fred August Nehr, Esquire FNehr@gibleylaw.com
Prior to joining Gibley and McWilliams, P.C. in June of 2008, Mr. Nehr practiced primarily in the areas of Wills, Trusts and Estates, small business matters, and Orphans’ Court litigation. Mr. Nehr graduated from Widener University School of Law in 2003 and from West Chester State University in 1996.
Mr. Nehr frequently serves as an Arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County and during law school clerked for the Honorable Jacqueline Carroll Cody in the Chester County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Nehr is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Prior to obtaining his law degree, Mr. Nehr was a Vice-President in the commercial lending and asset management division of General Electric’s Commercial Finance Group.
