Mr. Baer graduated from Rider University in 1982 and from Temple University School of Law in 1985. Mr. Baer is a seasoned trial attorney in the areas of automobile negligence, construction litigation, medical malpractice, product liability and worker’s compensation.

Mr. Baer has tried multiple cases to verdict and has served as Chairman for Arbitration Panels in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County.

Prior to practicing in a law firm setting, Mr. Baer served as a law clerk in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Baer has been instrumental in developing training materials for the firm’s automobile liability insurance carriers and has handled worker’s compensation matters as well.

Mr. Baer is a member of the Delaware Country Rotary and is involved in community service activities through the Rotary.
